Procedure:

1. Students fill out the follow-up exam application form through a predetermined link
   according to the schedule that has been set, except for those who are seriously ill or long and proven
   with a certificate of hospitalization from the hospital
2. For students who do not register in accordance with the schedule that has been
   Determined, then lose the opportunity to take the follow-up exam.
3. For the category of unpaid follow-up examinations, it is mandatory to complete all requested requirements, if it does not attach complete requirements it will not be processed.
4. For the category of paid follow-up exams, it is mandatory to pay a follow-up exam fee of Rp.600,000, – per course
5. The schedule of the implementation of follow-up examinations is determined by the respective Study Program
6. Students will be contacted by the Secretariat of The Study Program for the implementation of follow-up examinations.
