At the beginning of the session, a brief description of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) was explained, which provides opportunities for students to hone skills according to their talents and interests through direct experience in the world of work as preparation for future careers, and has the aim of increasing student competence both in terms of soft skills and hard skills. The MBKM program prepares students to have skills that are relevant to the needs of the times, prepares students as future leaders with superior & personality traits and facilitates students to develop their potential according to their passions and talents.
In the topic presentation session, the material discussed was an explanation of several MBKM programs based on the experiences of each resource person. In accordance with the title, namely sharing session, this event is divided into two sessions, the first is Discovery, in this session the three speakers explain the major titles of each program taken so that participants can see the differences in each program. The second session was the Ongoing session, a session that explained in more detail the experiences that the resource persons got from the Merdeka Campus program that they underwent.
The Sharing Session Advance Your Career With Merdeka Campus event brought many benefits and new knowledge for participants, including getting a firsthand picture of preparing themselves to take part in the Merdeka Campus program since the beginning of the current period.
